3. User Accounts and Registration

4. Lead Generation Services

StreamSparkle provides lead generation services with pricing ranging from $40-60 per qualified lead, depending on the advertising channel and campaign specifications. Lead qualification criteria are determined based on your business requirements and our platform's targeting capabilities.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the billing schedule outlined in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads generated through our platform. All data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
